The traditional way that folks recruit is really around do you have a four-year degree education? And that in and of itself as a requirement already takes out a lot of the talented workforce or pool that can actually do this work. So I'm looking at that very closely and trying to think about how do we create equitable access to opportunity and career paths, for sure.
