Dragons and Dragon Riders - Is There a Bond?
There seems to be an interesting theme being woven that contrasts morality built on law to corrupting disastrous effect and morality built on wisdom that leads to righteousness. I was incredibly moved by the Luke and Renear moment when he calls her perfect and she confesses to being anything but he got me thinking about how much of that is owed to Renear in her authenticity. Jayce too has displayed strength of character but more importantly an authentic respect for the women around him while the show may not provide any direct examples or corollaries. By contrast, Alison and her stuffy dogmatic approach to life has raised two horrifying individuals. How could she raise anything but monsters? Poor Alison she is most pitiable
