How to Be an Introvert and Be Happy in the Asset Management Industry

Joe Wiggins is the CIO of Fundhouse a UK based investment consultant and he's also the author of the Intelligent Fund Investor. When looking at yourself as an introvert and being happy in the asset management industry what did you learn in the past 10 years or so that you wish you knew when you started out? I think the key thing I probably learned is you don't need to change too much so you need to lean into certain things that you're uncomfortable doing.
