When i was obese, ah, my family constantly said, oh, youou have more discipline. Stop eating so much. That wasn't helpfuli'm geating myself up with guilt and shame. It made things worse. So it's not about self discipline. There's nothing wrong with you. You just don't have aplace to deal with that discomfort in a healthier manner. What is that discomfort that you're escaping from?
