The History of the CIA and the Mujajidina
I started the CIA on sourcing equipment from gray market dealers all over the world. They used third party channels to purchase old surplus equipment such as World War II era, British, Lee and Fields rifles. And these guns couldn't be easily traced back to the US. Good thinking America. As the war progressed, however, the CIA made less of an effort to disguise their support of the Mujajidina. Eventually just straight up shipping easily traced FM 92 stinger anti aircraft missiles. Because at some point you just stop giving a fuck. You know what I mean?
