Qualitative and Quantitative Usability Testing

In terms of creating research questions and understanding with which methods you're trying to use, I would ask your stakeholders, especially if you're doing more reactive research or asking yourself on the proactive side. What are you trying to understand? What information do you need? What decisions are you wanting to make? And then using that to determine, okay, are we in the quant side, the qual side, right? That's how I break those two things down.
