China, Under the Current President, Has Been More Aggressive Externally Than the Previous Period

China is trying to become a high income country, highly prosperous and living well. Can that be done in a peaceful and smooth way? Relatively rarely does a rising power do this without tension. So far we have not been able to detect any evidence whatever that china has the goal of exporting their government system globally. It's really different from the post war period in which we had a kind of international communist movement.
