Treating Migraines during the Prodromal Phase with Ubrojapant

The efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ubrojapant in treating migraines during the prodromal phase are discussed in this chapter. Results from a phase 3 trial show a reduction in the development of moderate to severe headaches when taken during the prodromal phase.
