Kissinger's Secret Attacks in Cambodia
CNN's John Sutter is investigating the secret bombing of Cambodia. He says Kissinger wanted to keep it off the books because he knew Congress wouldn't authorize such an attack on a neutral country. The policies obscured the true toll of the conflict in Cambodia, and they set the stage for civilian carnage,Sutter says.
