There are no higher resignation percentages at least not significantly higher than expected. I think what's happened is Rather than resign that people are just the walking wounded So they're staying in their position because it's what they know. Physically, but they've checked out spiritual and emotionally in a lot of different places. What we want to do is we want to shine the spotlight on you not to condemn you Not to put you down but to help you without healthy pastors.
