Sury y: I like to promote a practice that lets him find a new way on his own. So doing simple things like changing the constraints, making the lineman start a bit closer so he has less time. You could even do some sort of barrier, put some chalk on his hands where he's geting feedback about their position thebody. Yet there's room for doing crazy, new things instead of the same old, boring drills.
