Are You a Creator?

If building a team and hiring is not one of your strengths, don't do it. Not everyone has to have a 120 person team or build this massive media company. You can absolutely just be an artist. I feel like being a creator is synonymous with being an entrepreneur because you're running your own business. Being a really smart entrepreneur is understanding your strengths and weaknesses.
