How to Cement the Hierarchy of a Firm

When we're in the office, you know, we have so much proprietary deal flow and proactive work going on value adding that we just don't have the bandwidth to get together and talk about these big issues. So this is the offsite. And what usually happens is, while it's fun, don't get me wrong, the off sites are fun. There's not a whole lot of like strategy decision making that gets that gets done on that. oftentimes, the big issues get kicked to the next offsite, which is maybe a year from now. We'll get to that later.
