The Benefits of Sharing a Common Sequencer

The idea is that there is a strong network effect of having all roll-ups share a common sequencer. As long as each roll-up has the governance to be able to decide whether or not to continue using the sequencer, then it has leverage in deciding whether to opt into, to a fair protocol. We want to minimize their kind of ability to extract rent from that monopoly.
