In the book, you talk about self esteem. We know wounds to our self esteem. Too much self esteem turns into narcissism. Most programmes to improve self esteem simply don't work. To improve self esteem, you have to a, cut out the whips and the sticks and teean, increase the carrots. And what i talk about in the book is self compassion. In other words, an easy guide line for people. It's very much like meditation in that way, right? I my brain goes off with that thing. And then i just go, wait a minute. Bring my brain back.
