The Counterargument to Natural Gas Power Plants

A lot of folks are saying, just from a purely climate justice standpoint, that we'd rather pay homeowners to do this service than pay natural gas power plants. And so now you have a construct where the chicken and egg situation gets solved because you've got a bunch of chickens that have come out there. The counterargument is, well, this VPP stuff is highly unreliable.
