Introduction
i've been talking about julius caesar and his decision to cross the rubicon, whether it was faded, whether he had a choice. George washington: Every individual has a choice within his sphere of influence. And those individuals that have a massive sphere of influence have a real choice. i can't exactly say what procedure might have worked better for for caesar. I've suggested that re imposing republican rule would have been the truly virtuous and noble thing to do. It's not impossible to give power back.
