If there's a bit of an imbalance at the beginning, I think that that's totally fine and totally normal. Just expect it. It's part of being an alone term relationship. If ultimately, of course, this person's going to want free equity. Of course, they're going to want to hang around for 10% of their effort. And so here's the final piece that I ended up sending to the listener. I said if Mr. 10% has 50% or a meaningful percentage of equity, they typically should have secured it with capital or a large intellectual contribution.
