A number of years ago, i decided that i wanted to run the san francisco marathon. It was kind of like a bucket list thing for me, but it was also ase. I would run 26 point two miles until my friend andrew gave me this training schedule. If you stay too high level, you'll never get there. You need the details, but you also need the dream whor the details might overwhelm you.
