The US Supreme Court Says a Gun Law Out of Illinois Can Stay
The US Supreme Court says a controversial gun law out of Illinois can stay, at least for now. Montana is now the first day to completely ban the social media app TikTok. The state could enforce penalties starting at an initial $10,000 fine per violation and $ 10,000 per day that a violation continues. But TikTok will likely fight this, calling it unconstitutional.
