How to Get People to Engage if They Don't Want to Engage

How do you get someone to like engage if they just don't want to engage? I think one of the biggest mistakes we make is that often we put our anger right at the forefront of our engagement with people who are potential agents of change or potential allies. One of the things we have to do is figure out where can I be a compelling invitation to invite people to begin this journey and then how can I make sure people are doing the right first steps, she says.
