How to Resist and Control Fear and Powerlessness

Underneath worry or a needy thought loop is an old child like feeling of fear or powerlessness. When we can identify that underlying emotion it's the process of trying to ground of trying to resist and control. And often when we are resisting that it's because some part of us thinks it's too much. So this is a process of self healing that I think allows us to grow up in the areas where we got stunted. We can see our younger selves and have compassion for those selves.
