Is It a Fake Confession?
Judge asked doctor if a false confession ever happens in the history of police interrogations. Doctor offered up an empirical study from stamford law review about false confessions. Judge immediately stopped him and said, no, that's not allowed. He literally asked him, is it sible? Not even in this case, did this happen for any police interrogation tactics in any and they radnt let him ask that to have a false confession be the result.
