Michael: Is it easier to interview externally for i'm going from an individual contributor and i want to make the leap to a management role or is that really an easier transition. He says recruiting from managers like data managers is one of the hardest things to do. Michael on how people can test out to be managers and then say they don't want to go back to being a senior, but are still good at their jobs.
