Constellation hasn't issued any shares in its history as a public company. Instead, they pay cash bonuses and require that a significant portion of the after-tax proceeds be used to purchase common shares on the open market. Those shares are held in escrow for an average of four years. For executives, the percentage of after-tax bonuses that must be invested back into common shares is 75%. And for non-employee members of the board of directors, the entirety of their after-tax board fee must be used to purchased common shares.
