This week's workout comes from Coach Dan John and it requires minimal equipment. It is time efficient and will give you a fantastic training session. You'll be performing goblet squats and suitcase carries. Because you transition straight into the carries after the squats you keep your body under load the entire time which works your core and grip hard.
