Haze your new recruits through making them sit on the design system team. Not that that's like a bad gig or anything, but that you would need to like live and breathe the thing and become passionate about it. Sparkbox has done a lot of thinking because of like our concern at Sparkbox at least and in the industry about sort of the hiring process. We're pretty careful about how we go about that. I definitely look at a lot of candidates, but there's a whole process that we have internally with folks,. You know, depending on role that somebody is applying for.
