The Negligence of a Terrorist
I had an idea in my head of like, you know, he was at least credibly accused of specific acts. But then if he was that low on the totem pole, why is his sentence so high? I don't think that we can reasonably call him a terrorist based on what we know. He definitely did something that most of us feel deeply uncomfortable with.
