The Chosen Reservoir
The chosen reservoir is a battle that's up there with Valley Forge. The Continental Army fought in this in the snow. 200 Marines in a company were holding against 2005,000 10,000 Chinese troops. An entire army regiments were wiped out In these early battles. I mean it was custard's last stand all over the reservoir individual hills where the Marines were holding. We had a superior weapon that negated the Chinese advantage during daylight. And so you had marine units flying from land and then you had these two carriers parked off the east coast of Korea and they were coming in.
