The Importance of Positive Law

Aquinas and Kant would tell you, it's the law that underlies all the law. There's a need to move from the natural law to converted to terms that apply to the circumstance entering beyond the book of course. Not only does it underlie the positive law, it's running deeper to tell us who has the authority to make the positive law.
