The Stranger in Harrington, Delaware
Charles ditched a stranger who was trying to kill him in the middle of the night. He decided not to call police because he couldn't have blamed himself for the whole ordeal. After an hour driving around outside of town, charles goes back into harrington, delaware and gets on his street. The man is walking down the road right in front of him but luckily doesn't hear or seecharles pull on to his reet. At this point, charles decides he needs to tell police, because he doesn't know if this stranger actually knows him,. And so he tells the despatcher about what had happened earlier, and how this guy is now lurking around his property.
