I love the innovation mindset term you use because great companies are the executives that run them, or they never stand pat. They're always looking for a way to improve something to help their customers do their jobs better. People believe very strongly in that mission and culture of 3M. I have a gentleman on my leadership team who literally has a 3M tattoo on his shoulder. That is how dedicated and committed to our company that many people at 3M are.
