The Dutch Prosecution's Response to the Dutch Substitution Case

On the basis of that complaint alone, the Dutch prosecution launched the largest investigation I understand in the history of the Dutch substitution in the Netherlands. That company hired me to serve as a general counsel for lead proceedings. And I minded that case for three years. For so many reasons, I can't even elaborate. They rejected every single one of our submissions. Then we tried Israeli political pressure. The Dutch were very sympathetic to the Israeli government. Not because of the Dutch company, but because the hidden assumption among the case was, obviously, that Israel was committing more crimes. Otherwise, the Dutch company couldn't aid in a bit anything.
