How to Deal With a Narcissist

I've talked to probably hundreds of women now who have gone through this and so I don't think you see it until you leave for one like I was saying but if you start like you tubing the narcissist stuff or gas lighting or any of that stuff all these people are so similar. You watch those videos and you're like your mouth is hanging open because you're just like oh my gosh he says those exact things or he does those same things. The more that you watch those things the more that you understand that okay it's not me it's I'm being abused and then just get into a counselor.
