The day after David Johnston resigned, Dominic LeBlanc spoke to reporters. Among the things he said was that the government is open to setting up a public inquiry into foreign interference. He attempted to sort of throw the ball back into the opposition court and ask them what their recommendations are. But he told us that a public inquiry has never been off the table and all options are in on thetable.
