The Social Side of Supply Chains

I think the social side is critical to our supply chains. It's sort of a hidden issue that people really don't understand about some of the conditions that are deep in mining and production. And there is this aspect of cost that comes into play. We've had this big debate in the company, in a printing division about building white printers. You use recycled plastic, getting it white as white can be is practically impossible because there's contamination in it one way or another. The amount of time you would have to clean it and filter it and so on is just not practical, not possible even.
