How to Balance Your Emotional and Rational Minds

Emily had this incredible capacity to thrive as a professional. She also talked about when she was at work, she had like a wise mind at work and at home, not so wise. It made me think of an intervention called dialectical behavioral therapy with a lot of teenagers. And the idea is that if you can combine those two, that you can balance out your emotional mind and your rational or reasonable mind then you're using your wise mind.
