Duke's cukluk clan was gathering strength. In april 19 75, he drew a thousand people to a gathering in rural louisiana. It was one of the biggest clan meet ups in decades. Duke started out wearing a suit and tie, but at the end of the night, he changed into a clan robe. He then set fire to a forty foot cross. The movement dukan visioned was more expansive than previous clans. His history of savagery gave him a fosaw of danger that he alternately played up and played down.
