Financial Advice Isn't About the Product

Most difficult one is, or the most difficult problem i have, is the demand pull that comes from mortgages. When people call you up and the're asking general questions, they often ask for the advice before there's anything in it for you. So i had to stop that. And i just introduced a 500 dollar fee at the start. That was kind of the beginning of it. How do you build trust so that just in a small conversation, you're saying, i'm going to charge you five hundre bux for something that maybe another adviser might give you something similar down the road? You just have to figure ut what revenue model works for that.
