What's the Point of the Report?
i think the report helps us be very practical. We could talk a lot about, um, what practical s as as we a manage to what's practical? Obviously people. I mae to insult our intelligence by talking about people, but in the manager reference, a people our teams, or we talk about employees in the work place. Could be grand kids, could be board bers, you kno, et cetera. And i thinkif we use the report really well, i think it helps reveal to us even additional layers of depth to purpose and priority, like the really meaningful things in our lives. But just as a teaser there, just imagine, for each of us
