The Importance of Proper Technology
The first version of any powerful technology, if you're not very careful, it's possible to get around that. So building a type two or a type three technology is harder than a type one technology. It doesn't mean it's impossible. I'm just saying you need more mathematics. You need better theories. And unfortunately, the way AI is looking to be right now is that by default, you get a type one system.
