I think the discomfort thing is very real because I do feel like butterflies in my stomach and a little bit of discomfort when I go into it. But there's a muscle memory. I've done this enough times where I just know like jumping into that discomfort quickly is going to produce a better outcome. And you know, the best relationships I have with people at work and in life are the people that I go there with. It's so painful when I know somebody doesn't want to talk about something. The relationship is going to suffer.
