Rice's Departure From West Ham Is Ironic

Declan Rice will be leaving West Ham this summer. Arsenal are obviously in talks, but for the last few days, it's been really momentum behind Man City and Rice, and they've obviously got an interest in him as well. It felt like Rice was inevitably going to end up playing for Chelsea with his mate, Mount, they came through the same new team, I think, at Chelsea.
