Too many people start with the how and say, we can't do this because we don't know how. What's your what? There are times, listen to me, in your leadership, you have a what, but you feel like it's too unreasonable. Unusual times demand unreasonable leadership. You might want to be very, very clear that this is very specifically what we want to accomplish and we're going to figure out the how.
