I think the idea that there's only one thing that can be done when there's a conflict situation is wrong. World War II, for example, is seen as a successful war on that World War I because the belligerents didn't fall back into each other. And have had pace in Western Europe ever since then. You know, if you'd have said in 1943 that within 10 years, Germany would be in economic and military alliance with all of its neighbors, you'd be amazed. So even within a war, there were multiple things that are going on.
