I'm under no delusion that something with such an upfront high capital cost is nuclear is going to be built for climate reasons. I think the Japanese try these long-term contracts to recognizing that long-term dependence they'll have. But that's a real vulnerability. In terms of that, 15, 20 years to build a new... And they couch that too, not just in price, but in geographic terms.
