Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court
We need to have a more robust appointment process for the foreign intelligence surveillance court. The fact also that only three of 17 thousand applications to the court had ever been rejected, that's a little bit concerning. There needs to be some sort of teeth in the measure that if the nsa or others act badly, there is a cost for that. And so i think a re separation of those two spheres is absolutely essential.
