Primary mediastinal, large B cell lymphoma is a subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This happens because of the mutation in B cells that reside in the thymus. It can also cause airway compromise and potential vascular compression leading to SVC syndrome. The most commonly used therapeutic regimens are ARCHOP and EPOC-R.
