The idea is so powerful that it just carries on in different forms and you'll hear it articulated in different ways. They can't even define what they mean by power dynamic. What they mean by, oh my gosh, I need to want to go into this this realm of talking about isms. We did this with the girl who said anytime you hear a word with ism attached to the end of it. It means that there's a power dynamic involved in a system of power and privilege. She just articulated that exact idea very poorly, mind you.
