Is There a Tipping Point Between Engagement and Engagement?
i'm almost sure that the answer is probably no or it depends but i'm wondering you know where the tipping point is if there's a tipping point between how many people do we need in this. What's a rule of thumb for trying to engage our people or whoever's involved or stake stakeholders to use that wonderful word yes that's right um so i'd i mean we have the adoption curve which we can go by and generally your early adopters are great at being or change champions and the change champions in organizations especially those large organizations.
